In her second sugartwist appearance, Kendall braves the cold of the studio floor swathed in nothing but wet silk.

Always the professional, she never complains...and even better, effortlessly manages to create movement reminiscent of an underwater scene, floating across the floor while manipulating the fabric to reveal only what she wants you to see. Kendall's experience as a dancer is apparent in her control and awareness of her body. She is able to capture emotion and create poses that are completely natural. in eager anticipation of warmer weather, we give you a little taste of spring, enlivened further by the unending charms of beautiful blonde Katie. Gleefully prancing amongst pale blossoms, herself a ravishing bloom, Katie spent an afternoon displaying those charms for the camera, and you, dear sugartwist fans. She wears a one-of-a-kind bikini she created herself, just for this shoot.

Jessica is a natural beauty. In her first installment with sugartwist, we see her sultry side. Her classic look and vuluptous curves take us back to a time of old Hollywood glamour. Her coy yet seductive nature embodies the spirit of a long-forgotten burlesque beauty.

This college co-ed is a double major in Women's Studies and Spanish. Being a part of the creative process is her favorite aspect of modeling. When Jessica's not at school or stopping by sugartwist, she loves to travel and hang out with her new puppy. We can't wait to see more of her!

Alix is back in her second sugartwist appearance, and it couldn't be more different from her first! Now a more experienced model, Alix can evoke many personas in front of the camera. In this shoot her playfulness is on display...but don't forget about her darker side, which you can see in the cover shoot from issue #8.

From out of the blue came Jillian...stumbling across sugartwist, she's intrigued enough by the photography to try her hand at modeling. Expressively sweet and obsessively cute, whip smart and vexingly eclectic, tall blonde Jillian swooped into the studio for a test shoot, leaving behind memories, images, and a desire for more. Since her first shoot with us, she has truly blossomed as a model. "Photography," she says, "is such a fantastic form of art. Conveying characters, emoting..." Pulling from an apparently bottomlessly deep psyche, she emotes the hell out of the camera.

Between sessions of photographic self-expression, Jillian says she replenishes her psyche by "reading the thoughts of dead German philosophers, riding my big blue bike, listening to French pop from the sixties, and collecting Victorian-era family portraits." A deeply creative spirit and self-styled truth seeker and free thinker, she describes her interests thusly: "I love the arts...theatre, cinema, and writing. Also, I have always wanted to merge forces with an illustrator to combine my writing with my obsession with comic books." She describes her perfect day as "probably watching Ingmar Bergman films in between naps and carnivorous meals."

A perfect day for us is, of course, shooting pictures like this for you...moody and electrifyingly sensual images of a perfect feminine specimen.
